ADHD Coaching

Managing some of the symptoms of ADHD can take it’s toll on academic and work performance, relationships, self esteem and overall quality of life. Through our ADHD coaching program, we aim to collaborate with each client to establish goals that are motivational and achievable. We believe that establishing a trusting and supportive partnership between coach and client is imperative. This partnership enables the client to:

 

  • Discover what the diagnosis of ADHD means and how this effects our neurobiology

  • Learn to utilize the unrecognized gifts that accompany the ADHD brain

  • Set meaningful and achievable goals

  • Establish a system of accountability to encourage initiation and follow through

  • Develop organizational and time management skills

  • Manage setbacks in a productive way

  • Utilize strategies to manage stress and emotions effectively

  • Recognize and appreciate daily successes, no matter how small they may seem
